Refund policy

Change of mind. You can return a Shower Head+ or an unopened refill capsule within 30 days of delivery for a refund, provided it is unused and in its original packaging. Email support@morabelco.com with your order number and we’ll send return instructions. Return postage is at your cost unless the item is faulty. Refunds go to the original payment method once we’ve received and checked the item, usually within 5 business days. Opened refill capsules can’t be returned for change of mind for hygiene reasons.

Faulty or not as described. Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If something is faulty, contact support@morabelco.com — we’ll arrange a repair, replacement or refund, and cover return postage. The Shower Head+ is also covered by a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects.
