How often should I replace the capsule?
Every three months. The cartridge is rated for 8,000 litres, and water quality and household use vary, so replace it sooner in a busy household or if you notice reduced flow or a change in your water.
Is the refill the same as the cartridge my Shower Head+ came with?
Identical. Same five-stage media, same capsule, same tested performance — a refill takes you back to day one.
How does the subscription work?

How do I change the capsule?
The capsule sits inside the Shower Head+ handle. Twist the old one out, drop the new one in — no tools — then run warm water for one to two minutes to flush it before your first shower. A little harmless carbon dust at first is normal.
Will it fit other shower heads?
No. The capsule is made for the Morabel Shower Head+, in both Silver and Black.
Does it soften water?
No. The Shower Head+ is a filtered shower head, not a water softener. The capsule is not intended to remove the dissolved minerals that make water hard.
